	NHG runs in-house and public courses on Six Sigma and continuous improvement. In-house courses are tailored to your company's needs. A course list is given to the right. NHG provides a range of courses geared to provide necessary skills and knowledge to people tasked with improving products, processes, and results. The course list includes:


Six Sigma Yellowbelt Training
	Yellowbelt training is a 5 day course, designed to provide an awareness of the DMAIC process and a working knowledge of basic Six Sigma tools.

Six Sigma Manufacturing Greenbelt Training
	Greenbelt training is a 10 day course given in three blocks of 4, 3, and 3 days. It is built around team projects and uses JMP or Minitab statistical software.

Six Sigma Transactional Greenbelt Training
	This Greenbelt training focuses on transactional and non-manufacturing applications. It is a 10 day course, given in blocks of 4, 3, and 3 days. It is built around team projects and uses JMP or Minitab statistical software.

Six Sigma Blackbelt Training
	Blackbelt training is a 18 day course given in four blocks of 4.5 days. It is built around team projects and uses JMP or Minitab statistical software.

Six Sigma Champion Overview
	The Champion Overview is a two-day overview aimed at defining the roles of Champions in the Six Sigma process.

Design of Experiments Training
	Design of Experiments training consists of six days of training built around team projects and uses JMP or Minitab statistical software. The preference is to train 1 or 2 days at a time and allow several weeks between sessions to apply methods to team projects.

Sampling Overview
	This is a two-day training session covering the basics of inference for a binomial probability and the mean of a continuous population. Sampling from finite and infinite populations is addressed.

Statistical Methods Customized Instruction
	We provide training on most statisitcal methods including basic inferential tools (tests and confidence intervals), sampling, regression, non-parametrics, reliability, and multivariate methods.

JMP Statistical Software Instruction
	Instruction in the use of JMP statistical software in the context of statistical methods of value to the client. Emphasis on how to obtain and interpret results using JMP, rather than on developing an understanding of the underlying statistical concepts. This training is provided on a customized basis.
